March 17th, 2005 Nashville, Tennessee to Conover, North
Carolina
We were surprised to find the Grand Ole Opry outside Nashville surrounded by
a huge new shopping mall. We had lunch at the mall and went our merry way.
The long way along the Smokie mountains was thru a couple of tunnels and lots of
hairpin turns.
We made it to Bob and Charlene that evening and have enjoyed their
hospitality since.
