Hi y'all we are now in Tennessee,
In Little Rock we visited the Clinton Library a gorgeous building set in a lovely park. It is interesting to see.
After a few hours looking at that we went to Mr. Mason's Pit BAR-B-Q and Mary Rose right-away said to the rest of the customers, "hi y'all we got us some Yankee's here." After lunch she gave Rob some sassafras wood to chip so he can make Barbecue in NY. They then talked BBQ for 20 min and toured the BBQ pit. If you have not had Rob's BBQ, you are missing something great.
We also managed to get to Memphis Tennessee and then we had to chose what to look at. The choice was between the three kings, BB King, Elvis Presley and Martin Luther King jr. We chose Martin Luther King jr. Actually it was the National Civil Rights Museum. It is housed in the Lorraine Motel where King was assassinated, it is a work in progress, but so is the civil rights movement. Again we found this to be a very emotional tour and not enough time to take it all in. We spent 3 hours and still did not get through the entire exhibit.
