March 11th, Mariners v. Colorado Rockies

Hot, Hot, Hot!  Too Hot!  The M's look OK with the exception of Benji Gil.  He played second today and was lazy with two balls he should have had and one booted ball.  Pokey Reese's defense was stellar.  The bat - not so good!  Look for Jose Lopez to take this spot.  Tomorrow we will watch some of the Minor League Spring training workouts. We met several Coloradan's but those people are really football fans, didn't know much about baseball, just there to have a good time.  And for you husky fans, the bet was that Neuheisel will get the boot by June from the Baltimore Ravens, I guess that is OK as the UW paid him well.

It was so exhausting to sit in the sun, we had some great Mexican food and beer and went to bed early.
